What is a QualityNet IT Service?

Several new products were rolled out to support the CCSQ Community within the past year. Those combined with several legacy products that already supported the CCSQ Community comprise the suite of offerings now known as the QualityNet IT Services.

For more information about any of the QualityNet IT Services, click below on the service of interest.

Analytic Tools

Data & Analytics
The Centralized Data Repository (CDR) and the CCSQ Application Platform (CAP) for CCSQ usersData & Analytics tools and services:

  • The CDR offers convenient, secure, and timelier access to CCSQ Quality data, as well as access to claims data sourced from CMS systems of record.

  • Analytics tools such as SAS Viya, Databricks and QuickSight provide high-performance, in-memory analytics in an open, cloud-enabled, run-time environments

QualityNet Operations Dashboard (QNOD)
QNOD stands for QualityNet Operations Dashboard. QNOD is a single pane of glass into the health of the entire Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) ecosystem. Capabilities include predictive analytics and historical performance. It is the preferred method to share the state of your service with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the rest of the community.

The Zscaler solution is made up of two primary modules;  Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

An alternative to a virtual private network (VPN) that uses a unique method of allowing users to access CCSQ QualityNet resources, while remaining connected to contractor network resources.
