The CCSQ Centers of Excellence (CoE) supports the Center for Clinical Standards & Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group (ISG) in their continuous improvement strategy. The Lean Agile (LACE) and Human-Centered Design (HCD CoE) CoEs focus on driving innovation by sharing knowledge of lean, agile, and human-centered design (HCD) best practices across CCSQ’s portfolio in both program and project contexts.

The HCD CoE works closely with CCSQ and ISG to guide, support, and foster the adoption and maturation of human-centered design practices. Foundational Learning Path Training
Although the CCSQ Centers of Excellence offers a broad catalog of short and long-form trainings on lean, agile, and human-centered design topics of interest, CCSQ recommends taking the following core courses so that all employees and contractor-partners gain greater alignment by putting into practice the key principles of these philosophies:
- Agility Foundations (All CCSQ)
