FileCloud allows users to instantly access, share, and sync files and documents while operating within the HCQIS Cloud. It provides fast, reliable, and secure connectivity to files and documents from both local and portable Windows devices.

Who Will Get Filecloud?

As of November 1, 2019, the following organizations have been approved to receive access to FileCloud:

  • 12th Statement of Work (SOW) NQIIC TO1 (mid Nov 2019)
  • 12th Statement of Work (SOW) BFCCs (mid Jan 2020)
  • 12th Statement of Work DVAC (NAS Support contractors) and
  • 11th SOW ESRD Networks and ESRD NCC contractors (TBD)

All other organizations (to include ADOs) will be approved for FileCloud on a case-by-case basis. A process to request FileCloud is forthcoming and will be available on Confluence in the near future.

QUICK START GUIDE

Approved contractors' employees will work closely with their Security Officers (SO) during the On boarding process to receive access to FileCloud. An Organizations IT Administrator will be required to install the FileCloud Drive application (allows users to access all files using a Windows interface rather than a web browser).

Step 1: Register for a HARP ID by clicking the following link: HARP ID Registration

Step 2: Follow instructions on the How to Request: FileCloud Confluence page
