We are excited to announce our ISG Playbook for 2022. We will continue to leverage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to reinforce alignment and help prioritize work. Below are ISG’s two new group-level OKRs and an overarching theme:
- Objective 1: Be able to restore all CCSQ systems within recovery standards.
- Objective 2: Create an ecosystem that allows data analysis across CCSQ systems.
- Overarching Theme: Build systems that exceed industry standards.
