I’m extremely careful with medical records and coding. I often double check CMS resources and don’t hesitate to call. I verify patient insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations and referrals, schedule patient appointments, coordinate the patient intake process and provide administrative support for eligibility. I also manage patient records in an electronic health record system.
