- Apparently there are Vendors who are coming in saying we need to define HCD and share it across Government vendors
- Role of UX when to do research within PI planning and how to embed it within Safe Agile – has been successful after HQRs 3rd PI. After first 2 sprints, get buy in there and then rounds of usability testing there.
- HCD Training has been a good experiencing
- Communicating to make people feel involved, really well with developers to ensure they are adhering to them. Using the right components how they are supposed to be used.
- Doing meeting from designers to dev and BAs all across dev teams and turns in to great hour, asking about implementation.
- Bridges between designers and developers creates more efficient teams.
- Building consistency within the components helps designand development moves quicker
- OIT going to training helps across the entire agency since they work with more than just CCSQ.
