Creative Facilitation: Improve Collaboration, Productivity, and Innovation
Program
On Friday, October 29, the CCSQ HCD Community of Practice explored Creative Facilitation. The presenter was Senior Design Strategist Scott Reed with the HCD Center of Excellence and adjunct faculty at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Do you attend tedious or frustrating meetings? Does teamwork sometimes feel like drudgery? Snap out of it and learn how to increase collaboration, productivity, and innovation by fully engaging everyone.
During the session, we:
Explored the value of creative facilitation in business contexts
Learned how to create shifts in how we meet, plan, and relate to one another to achieve better results
Expanded ways of interacting and working with others to achieve exceptional results
