Step 1: If you do not yet have a HARP account, please register for a HARP ID. For instructions on the HARP registration process, refer to the HARP page.

Unified File Management (UFM) is a single system for the management of data files.

FileCloud is being decommissioned on February 15, 2024.
Review all files and data. Any content that is outdated or no longer needed should be removed by January 2, 2024.
Onboarding to FileCloud ceased on December 31, 2023
The most recent version of each file will be migrated to Unified File Management (UFM) and will no longer be accessible after the transition is complete.
No, your files will not be transitioned to MFT. FileCloud files will be migrated to UFM.
The most recent version of FileCloud files will be migrated to UFM.
The most recent version of Team Folders will be migrated to UFM system starting January 15th, 2024, with an expected completion date of February 15, 2024.
The Network Shares will be migrated to UFM in February 2024. The migration will happen in phases; once the migration is complete the data will not longer be available in FileCloud.
All FileCloud user access will be migrated to UFM. UFM will be accessible with your HARP login credentials after the migration is complete.
The following FileCloud capabilities are not supported in UFM:
File versioning
File locking
Marking files as favorites
Drive letter (Desktop App)
File will be stored for X days. The number of days a file will be stored for is still being determined. IMPORTANT: UFM is not a file archiving tool, nor is it intended to be used this way.
