Uncover Problems and Discover Opportunities with Usability Testing
March 27, 2020
Usability testing helps to evaluate a product or service by testing it with real people. During a usability test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch and listen. The goal is to uncover any usability problems, obtain qualitative and quantitative data, and determine participant satisfaction with the product. What does this look like in the real world?
The program included
- What is a usability test, and why are they useful?
- Mini-case studies including background, key findings, and challenges
- Best practices and principles based on real-world experiences
Session Speaker
