FileCloud allows users to access, share, and sync files and documents while operating within the HCQIS Cloud. It provides fast, reliable, and secure connectivity to files and documents from both local and portable Windows devices.
Features include:
Remote File Access: Browse files and documents, download them locally, edit them and re-upload them back
File Management: Create new folders, delete files and folders, and explore your files from anywhere
Preview: Preview documents and PDFs
Offline Access: Download files directly to your device and access them offline
Multiple Application Support: Open your downloaded files using other installed applications
File Versioning: Collaborate effectively using unlimited automatic file versioning
The following organizations have been approved to receive access to FileCloud:
- 12th Statement of Work (SOW) NQIIC TO1
- 12th Statement of Work (SOW) BFCCs
- 12th Statement of Work DVAC (NAS Support contractors) and
- 11th SOW ESRD Networks and ESRD NCC contractors (TBD)
Any other organizations who wish to use FileCloud should submit their request to their Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Once you have created your HARP account (For instructions on the process, refer to the HARP page), or if you have an EIDM account, the next step is to request the QualityNet FileCloud User role. Expand the steps below to view the process.
Once your role has been approved by your SO, you will then have access to FileCloud.

Your security officer is the person designated by a line of business (LoB) or other CMS contractor who has the authority to approve requests for FileCloud access.
For instructions on how to register for a HARP account, visit the HARP page.
Users must register for a HARP ID. Once the HARP account has been created, log into HARP and request a QualityNet FileCloud account via a HARP User Role. After obtaining a HARP ID, provide that to your security officer (SO) and you’ll be granted access to the FileCloud web application.

Inform your Security Officer (SO) after successfully logging into the FileCloud web application, and they will let you know when you’ll be able to access your team’s folder.
Per CMS request, FileCloud users will not be able to access the application from mobile devices.
