TheHCQIS Access, Roles and Profile (HARP) Management System is ISG’s solution for a next generation, consolidated identity management system. It will replace all other instances of identity management in CCSQ.
Who Will Get a HARP ID?
If you have an EDIM, you already have a HARP ID and do not need to follow the steps below.
Enter your profile information (please use your corporate email address) – Click Next (Because HARP ID can be used to login to several CMS applications which access sensitive information such as PHI or PII, identity proofing is required. This includes providing your SSN. If you do not wish to provide your SSN, a manual proofing option is available on that screen. Manual proofing may, however, delay the process.)
Choose your User ID, password and challenge question – Click Next
Answer the five Identity Proofing Questions (Experian will provide personal questions based on information pulled using the provided SSN and other personal information. Answering these questions correctly verifies your identity)
Your account has been completed and you will receive a confirmation email. However you still need to create a two-factor authentication – Click Login to Complete Setup
Login using your newly created User ID and password
Select the SMS as your desired authentication device, enter phone number – Click Send Code
Enter Security Code that you received on your device – Click Submit
You can add more devices as options in case you are not in the vicinity of your previously chosen device or if you do not wish to add any additional devices simply click Complete Setup
CONGRATULATIONS! You’re done! You are now registered with HARP
