World Usability Day

CCSQ's Information Systems Group (ISG) hosts an annual World Usability event. This event aims to highlight the importance of human-centered research and design practices for creating solutions that improve consumers' lives.

This year's event will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 and is open to all employees and contractor-partners across CMS. More info to come!
