On Thursday, March 30th, the HCD Community of Practice explored research operations through a panel discussion with researchers, digital experts and HCD leaders. Research is the cornerstone of the human-centered design process, but it comes with its challenges. Panelists shared their knowledge and experiences related to recruiting, conducting research, and knowledge management.
