Value Delivered:

• We have created a schedule to prepare for releasing communication to the Community for the LACE Survey
• iQies - Data Analysis for the discovery phase is successfully completed, which will lead to a synthesis phase.
• Study Hall -  Participants who attended the last Leading SAFe class came to the study hall with a bunch of questions regarding the exam. Their question was answered, and it will help them be ready for the exam for the certification
• The LACE team interviewed potential candidates for the QPP RTE role and had a session with the outgoing RTE for knowledge sharing 
• We develop a detailed schedule of the LACE upcoming Business Agility Workshop outlining all the steps from pre workshop preparing to initial iteration planning
• Created an iQies program dashboard pulling data from Jira into all reports
• Continued CoE101 course development with HCD team, targeting completion in early August.

• Pain point survey announcement has been distributed throughout Slack,E-mail, Qnet communications and LACE Confluence page
• iQIES program support: After the analysis, the collected data have been synthesized into groups, then the groups have been merged into themes, and a problem statement is written for each theme. 
• The LACE team interviewed potential candidates for the QPP RTE role and attended all of QPP program level meetings 
• We created a communication plan for the LACE Business Agility workshop outlining the channel of communication, type of communication and time frames
• LACE collaborated with HCD on CoE Confluence space and continues to work building page with content CCSQ Centers of Excellence
• LACE collaborated with HCD on visioning for Commercial CoE, tools, and potential scripts 
• ADO Onboarding with DQAS RTe and coordinating a meeting to discuss Workflow Management items for DataMod.

• LACE supported QPP with Deep Dives and backlog prioritization and continues to support RTE candidates and interviews

• DataMod assistance as we continue to focus on ADO Onboarding and work item management LACE recommendation. Met with RTe and discussed Work Structure
• LACE provided Iteration Review and received feedback from Ola on Program Dashboards 
• HCD Coaching Support Coordination on engagement and problem to be solved including timelines and projections.  
• Dashboard users can now switch between programs to see a specific program's performance on a per-PI basis, on

• iQIES: The first draft of the recommendation document for the discovery phase is completed and ready for internal peer-review before it goes public.
• The LACE developed a survey questionnaire for the LACE Business Agility workshop. This survey will help the LACE know more about the team requesting the LACE Business Agility workshop
• Support for different enabler type labels was added to the CCSQ Program Dashboard & stringent data validation on dashboard reports is complete
• LACE worked together with HCD on Joint Commercial Script content. Logos, and visual representation, and potential Innovative remote tools animation graphics
• LACE  worked on creating a list of CoE prioritized work- value ranked in order of most value to ISG in prep for a presentation next week.
• The LACE attended QPP Art sync and deep dive sessions in preparation for QPP PI 19 planning. We plan to meet with QPP leadership next week to prepare for PI planning 
• LACE worked with the Line of Business Manager for HQR training logistics and expectations for customized training Tentative training dates 07 Oct 2022 
• Coaching engagement expectations with HCD about timelines, focus areas, and goals for the Center of Excellence. LACE has been added to cadences to support and observe as engagement gets started.
