The CCSQ Centers of Excellence (CoE) supports the Center for Clinical Standards & Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group (ISG) in their continuous improvement strategy. The Lean-Agile (LACE) and Human-Centered Design (HCD CoE) CoEs focus on driving innovation by sharing knowledge of lean, agile, and human-centered design (HCD) best practices across CCSQ’s portfolio in both program and project contexts.

The HCD CoE works closely with CCSQ to inspire employees and contractors to gain ongoing customer understanding in order to innovatively create and improve customer experiences (products, services, and policies). Core Training
Although the CCSQ Centers of Excellence offers a broad catalog of short and long-form trainings on lean, agile, and human-centered design topics of interest, CCSQ recommends taking the following core courses so that all employees and contractor-partners embrace key principles of these philosophies:

- Introduction to Human-Centered Design (All CCSQ)
