Lean UX Approaches for Agile Environments

February 28, 2020

Panel Discussion

Lean UX is a useful technique when working on Agile development projects. Traditional UX techniques often do not work when development consists of short sprints--there’s not enough time to deliver design and research in the same way. And even with Lean UX, it is not always easy to establish a workflow that works for everyone and leads to improved user experience.

How might teams work together within the opportunities and constraints of Agile development and Lean UX?

Join the HCQIS Human-Centered Design Community of Practice program on Friday, February 28, to explore Agile and Lean UX with Ali Tobolsky from LACE along with a panel including: Ricardo Aguilar from EQRS, Kyle Bellamy from EQRS, Shane Close from iQIES, Steve Glass from HQR, and Andrew Johnson from iQIES.
