Once you have created your HARP account (For instructions on the process, refer to the HARP page), or if you have an EIDM account, the next step is to request the QualityNet FileCloud User role.
Step 1: Login to your HARP account which will take you to your User Profile. From there, select “User Roles” Step 2: Request a role Step 3: Select the "QualityNet-FileCloud" Program Step 4: Select your Organization Step 5: Select the FileCloud Member role (Security Officer (SO), User, or Viewer) Step 6: Submit for approval. Your request will be routed to the appropriate SO. You will be notified via email when your role has been approved. |
