FileCloud Server is a secure file sharing and access system that is located in the HCQIS Cloud on AWS EC2 instances attached to an S3 file storage instance. The software provides Internet-facing file access and sharing over HTTPS and integrates with OKTA to provide HARP integration and MFA authentication.

This solution provides organizational level folder shares along with dedicated private user shares accessible via both browser and drive letter applet.

As of November 1, 2019, the 12th Scope of Work (SOW) NQIIC TO1, BFCCs and DVAC contractors, and 11th SOW ESRD Networks and ESRD NCC contractors have been approved to receive access to FileCloud.

QUICK START GUIDE

This briefly and succintly describes the essential steps to getting started with ZscalerApproved contractors' employees will work closely with their Security Officers (SO) during the On boarding process to receive access to FileCloud. An Organizations IT Administrator will be required to install the FileCloud Drive application (allows users to access all files using a Windows interface rather than a web browser).
