Your file folders are displayed on the left-hand navigation as well as on the main pane.   Each Files section is unique to the user with their own folders, files, shared files, team folders, network shares, etc.

Clicking on the arrow to the left of the folder will expand that folder and show you other folders that are under it.  In the screenshot to the left you can see the arrow is pointing down next to /(Home) indicating it has been expanded and you can see Test and Test 2 folders.
