Topic: Persona-driven backlog prioritization

Rob Fay

Questions:

Stephanie: What other business contexts would this work in?

Jackie (EQRS) - Product teams do prioritization, not sure of how things are prioritized

Maky Afework - What challenges do you face with doing UX and agile?

  • at EQRS works as a shared services team, currently having the UXD's working 1 iteration ahead of the dev cycle. The results of their research help define the stories that were decomposed form those features. Some challenges have been having the scrum teams hearing the voices of the end-users and stakeholders.

Rob - Looking at it from the perspective of, what adds value in terms of the customers we have, is this something that might work for your team of possibly your leadership?

Next Meeting - June 27 @ 3pm
