Program Metrics Clinic:
The Program Metrics Clinic can help CCSQ Programs improve their performance by providing a forum to review current approaches to measuring and tracking progress. In the clinic, the LACE coaches and program leaders work together to identify relevant key metrics and indicators, and develop strategies for collecting and analyzing data on these metrics. By regularly tracking and reviewing progress, CCSQ Programs can gain a better understanding of how they are performing and where to make adjustments in order to improve, leading to achieving their goals more effectively and efficiently.
SAFe Ceremony Analysis:
The LACE provides a valuable service to CCSQ Programs implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) by observing and evaluating their SAFe ceremonies and offering feedback on how they can be improved. Our team of experienced Agile Coaches has extensive knowledge and expertise in the SAFe framework and its associated ceremonies, such as the Program Increment (PI) Planning, the System Demo, and the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshop.
