Data formatting discrepancies have been uncovered between old CrownWeb and EQRS

For example, SSNs required dashes in CrownWeb but not in EQRS

Michael and Yvette will be working together to transform this data so that patient records can process correctly

A follow up timeline/plan will be provided after the team completes their investigation
