EDI 2020 Data Submissions	Preston	EDI 2020 DATA SUBMISSIONS Last week there was a batch token issue. It has been fixed and is no longer showing up this week in the logs Discovered a much smaller issue - sometimes file submissions are not persisting to the database correctly Happening about a dozen times a day The data will process on a resubmit This issue will be fixed next week (8/24) Discussion regarding an issue sent in this week When feedback files get posted back to their location, they come from EQRS encoded with UTF8 and they process them Last week noticed weird errors in their gateway indicating this can't be processed Researched and noticed it was not UTF8 encoded Discovered there is a tilde on the city name for a particular patient Not sure what happened with the encoding because of the tilde They are thinking the tilde is causing the problem of files not getting encoded They do not keep any of their customer data so they cannot tell if this has been happening before or if this is the first time a patient demographic file has been submitted with a city name with a tilde They do not have access to the customers file where they originated and send it Can the ADO take a look at their logic to see if it is checking for special characters such as the tilde? Everything looks correct on the ADO side The ADO does not have access to the NRAA side Preston has reviewed the code that is doing the transfer at that point is oblivious to the contents of the file; it's just copying the bytes and putting them on the wire and sending them out There is no logic about specific special characters or even specific fields Kelly will see if they can find the customer and even get the file - may take some legwork Yvette can send a copy of the original file to Kelly Yvette will work with Kelly in troubleshooting this issue INDEPENDENT 2020 DATA SUBMISSIONS

DaVita - Zac No updates for this week FKC - Kathleen No updates for this week Waiting for the Tuesday, 8/24 deployment so they can finish up their batching submissions They are in good shape Per Yvette - reviewed the scenarios that were sent by Kathleen related to the reporting measure It's not so much that the facilities are closed What is happening is because the facilities are closed it's indicating that the facility is no longer Medicare certified and currently there is not logic in the system to take into account the date that the facility is no longer Medicare certified That's why they are not able to access the screen Per Kathleen it's not really an issue Suggest to add this to the backlog to consider the Medicare termination date It wouldn't just apply to reporting measure; it would apply to other areas/modules as well DCI - Vlad On 7/30/2021 received error 13510 - At least one citizenship is required when primary type of treatment is living related, living unrelated, deceased, or unknown; EQRS EDSM-354 EQRSEDSM-354 - Getting issue details... STATUS Transplant admission could be closed What ADO is seeing in many cases is that if the system is treating the data submitted as a new admission; for example it could be an existing admission, but the date submitted is different. The system is still looking at all of the admission records on a patient ADO is working on a fix for this issue and will be in the next deployment (8/24) NRAA - Kelly They are moving right along and many thanks to Michael for all his help in problem solving and help in getting their data in Received some weird information when they got their last two Clinical Compliance reports Week prior to this week they were watching their numbers dip way down, then last week they jumped back up They will take a look at next Monday's Clinical Compliance reports Question: What is the time period that ADO usually does the deployments? Tuesday's and Thursday's 8pm - 10pm eastern ADO request to stop submissions by 7pm eastern Recommended that NRAA set up a process for every Tuesday and Thursday between 7pm-10pm eastern to just automatically close their queue and open at 10pm eastern NRAA will communicate to their community this will be their standard operational process going forward
