Our mission is to inspire CCSQ employees and contractors to gain ongoing consumer understanding to innovatively create and improve consumer experiences (products, services, and policies). To achieve this, we will empower CMS stakeholders to innovate by providing consumer-first and design-thinking strategies and solutions.

Our Vision 

Our vision is for CCSQ to be CMS' most consumer-focused Center; that all employees and contractor-partners will frequently engage with consumers to gain empathy for and to subsequently inform each product, service, program, and policy business decision.
