World Usability Day
World Usability Day unites individuals and communities across the globe to focus on our shared intent: usable products. The day is meant for celebration of our successes thus far in the creation of products and services that are easy to use, and to bring awareness to how usability impacts our daily lives.

6th Annual CCSQ World Usability Day
Earn Required Training Credits
ISG Federal employees can use CCSQ World Usability Day as a direct contribution to spend 5% of their time, approximately 8 hours per month, on self-education. Management review and approval of training attendance must occur before registration. After attendance, ISG Employees can self-attest to their attendance and education hours and will record those hours on the ISG Education Connection Training Tracker.
Designing for a Better World
This year’s theme is Designing for a Better World. In order to solve the world’s biggest problems, we challenge ourselves to think about how will we can create a better world for everyone. In 2024, we are committed to breaking old patterns and questioning current approaches to improve the consumer experience for U.S. citizens. By creating user-friendly, sustainable, and inclusive solutions, we foster innovation that enhances accessibility and benefits everyone. Let’s connect our work to the big problems of our world and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS)
Many organizations are focusing on this important work, including the SDGXCHANGE which are tied director to the United Nation’s Sustainable Develop Goals (SDGS). The United Nations Global Compact provides another network, global and local to participate in policy dialog and networking of dedicated passionate professional aimed at developing local solutions.
