The LACE hosted and facilitated Collaborative Learning Experiences give members of the CCSQ Community opportunities work collaboratively to refine their craft, explore new and relevant topics with peers, and add experience to the body of their professional skills and knowledge.

Open-Door Sessions:

Pop in during any session to ask questions about Lean and Agile practices and behaviors, or increase your understanding of tools like the LACE Agility Health Measurement tool and Team or Program Enterprise Dashboards, or to understand how the LACE can support your team or program. When requested, you can work one-on-one in a confidential breakout with a LACE Team member to discuss your needs.
