A member of the LACE will partner with your team to identify its business process by using a group activity to create consensus and define your business process, and define a planning period that works for your team'

The LACE will collaborate with Atlassian support and your team to create a Jira project that models your team's business process. 

Work Definition and Estimation Support:

Engage with the LACE to define the smallest units of work, create clarity on what constitutes successful completion, and estimate the effort required to complete.

Team Meeting Facilitation:

Whether it is your first cycle of meetings or the 100th, a LACE Team member can model strong facilitation techniques to help your team maximize the value of the meetings in your planning period, from planning at the beginning, to a review of the planning period at it's end.
