The LACE supports CCSQ Programs in their ongoing improvement journey implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). By observing and evaluating SAFe ceremonies, our team can provide observation, analysis and recommendations. Our team of experienced Agile Coaches has extensive knowledge and expertise in the SAFe framework and its associated ceremonies, such as the Program Increment (PI) Planning, the System Demo, and the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshop.

  • The LACE offers all training offerings for individual program by request that can meet minimum attendance requirements.
