Value Delivered:

  • LACE successfully facilitated HQR Customized training for 24 attendees from Division Leaders to Policy-makers. LACE was praised and received positive feedback from Discussions and interactions on the topics covered: PI Planning, Roadmaps, and Backlog Management
  • LACE supported Explore Digits in their first PI Planning preparation by sharing templates and resources. Team Objectives Business Value Worksheet was added set business value for PI Objectives in PI Planning. 
  • A new scope Service request from QMVIG came into our intake Jira for coaching support. The team met with QMVIG LOB to prioritize the request in our team backlog 
  • LACE worked on continuing Feature Ownership practices and the decomposition of stories against our committed PI Plan and Objectives
  • LACE Explained OKR was successfully completed with 5 participants out of 6
  • Integrated HQR Program to the CCSQ Program Dashboard so that we can begin data validation
  • Validated the Current Program Backlog Composition and Current Program Backlog Health reports

  • LACE Explained: DevOps was successfully completed with 3 participants out of 5
  • Completed Preparation for upcoming CCSQ LACE CoP on Psychological Safety. All session materials have been published in Confluence, upcoming Events, and registration page. The communication plan has been well defined in preparation for upcoming  Safety.
  • Started the CCSQ PI planning observation process with the HQR PI Planning event and recording feedback that is the basis for checklists for future PI events
  • IQIES: Action items to address the inter-team communication & collaboration challenges have been successfully completed, and now the CoE is ready to create a Coaching engagement plan.
  • Validated HQR data on the CCSQ Program Dashboard for the 'Features in Status on PI Start Dates' chart.
  • The LACE created a course catalog page for the Business Agility Workshop

  • PO Sync and Scrum of Scrums Checklists are successfully completed and are ready to be used for the program observations
  • The LACE created a Business Agility Workshop intake survey for any team requesting this workshop. This questionnaire will help the LACE know more about the team to better prepare for the workshop 
  • Attended the Data & Analytics Program PI Planning, documented observations, and shared with the RTE.
  • Created a PI Planning observation checklist that can be used for future PI's.
  • Validated the HQR Program data on the 'Features Started and Closed per PI' report in the CCSQ Program Dashboard.
  • LACE and HCD have worked on an executive summary of services, and pillars along with ranking priorities in preparation for leadership meeting 
  • Slack communications for the upcoming LACE CoP have been created.

  • LACE attended this week's HCD ceremony observations (Iteration Review & Iteration Refinement) sessions and captured observation notes in preparation for documenting recommendations to HCD: Scrum Ceremonies Observations
  • LACE and HCD met this week to synchronize priorities and collaboration in this PI for work and to shared dependencies and upcoming focus areas. 
  • LACE followed up on the program request for QMVIG and met with both Reid and Bridget to share an overview of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence and the Services available to assist QMVIG and its divisions.
  • Validated the Feature Cumulative Flow report on the CCSQ Program Dashboard for the HQR Program.
  • Fixed a bug found in the custom Program PI boundaries on the CCSQ Program Dashboard, resulting in more accurate data presentation for all programs.
