  • LACE successfully facilitated HQR Customized training for 24 attendees from Division Leaders to Policy-makers. LACE was praised and received positive feedback from Discussions and interactions on the topics covered: PI Planning, Roadmaps, and Backlog Management
  • LACE supported Explore Digits in their first PI Planning preparation by sharing templates and resources. Team Objectives Business Value Worksheet was added set business value for PI Objectives in PI Planning.

  • LACE attended this week's HCD ceremony observations (Iteration Review & Iteration Refinement) sessions and captured observation notes in preparation for documenting recommendations to HCD: Scrum Ceremonies Observations
  • The draft questions for the program Analyst phase of the post-survey engagement are completed. Since the questions are generic enough, they might be used for the other phases of the post-engagement survey
  • The LACE developed a deck for the Business Agility Workshop preparation meeting. This deck includes more details about the workshop, pre-workshop communication, and resources that will help teams prepare for the workshop 
  • iQIES draft coaching plan is completed. The next step is to present it to iQIES CMS leadership, collect their feedback before starting with the implementation.
  • LACE and HCD met this week to synchronize priorities and collaboration in this PI for work and to shared dependencies and upcoming focus areas. 
  • LACE followed up on the program request for QMVIG and met with both Reid and Bridget to share an overview of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence and the Services available to assist QMVIG and its divisions.
  • Validated the Feature Cumulative Flow report on the CCSQ Program Dashboard for the HQR Program.
  • Increased accuracy of dashboard results by making an adjustment to Program PI Date on the CCSQ Program Dashboard

  • LACE participated and observed QPP PI Planning (20) and recorded some observations with RTE in confluence: PI Planning Observations SOP (old) and will be discussing some improvement areas and opportunities in the next iteration.
  • LACE Facilitated our new Psychological Safety Community of Practice with 34 registrants from the CCSQ Community. Value delivery by bringing the community together, sharing experiences and challenges, and using techniques and data to empower and foster a healthy environment for innovation and success within the workplace: LACE CoP: Psycological Safety recording (internal use)
  • LACE supported IQIES with 2nd part of retrospective preparation with Karen Wheeler and provided some recommendations for better outcomes from Leadership participants and action items for effectiveness. 
  • Increased visibility into the enterprise by completing the addition of the HQR Program to the CCSQ Program Dashboard enabling the enterprise to see trends for 3 of the largest programs in CCSQ.
