Value Delivered:
- LACE successfully facilitated HQR Customized training for 24 attendees from Division Leaders to Policy-makers. LACE was praised and received positive feedback from Discussions and interactions on the topics covered: PI Planning, Roadmaps, and Backlog Management.
- LACE supported Explore Digits in their first PI Planning preparation by sharing templates and resources. Team Objectives Business Value Worksheet was added set business value for PI Objectives in PI Planning.
- A new scope Service request from QMVIG came into our intake Jira for coaching support. The team met with QMVIG LOB to prioritize the request in our team backlog
- LACE worked on continuing Feature Ownership practices and the decomposition of stories against our committed PI Plan and Objectives
- LACE Explained OKR was successfully completed with 5 participants out of 6.
