Original Story:

As an EQRS program manager, in order to start preview period, I want reports to be in production environment. 

Acceptance criteria

  • QIP Reports run in production
  • Able to view reports in Prod
  • The two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable in UI via Prod env
  • Target is to receive final Preview Period data on October 28 under assumption that preview period starts on 11/8
  • Added to 16.2 sprint 

**NOTE - Need to edit tasks below to align with CI's needs**

Tasks
Create release/production deployment page

UI bugs resolved

  • Bugs introduced by vulnerability remediation
  • Preview Period Display Issue
  • Download problem for PLR reports

All reports need to be in S3 bucket

DB performance is enhanced (Increase DB class by at least 2x, Read replica )

Tested Downloads from UI Reports app

Verify New Measures viewable in UI (Suppressions, Inquiries, Scores)

All LDO zip files generated

LDO POCs emailed

  • Initial Reach Out
  • File Email

PY 2022 Statistics Page Created

  • Updated upon file transfers

Modify DB Verify Preview Period properly displayed. (DB is updated with the finalized preview period date)

Long service names are displayed properly in UI

Revised Story:


As an EQRS program manager, in order to start preview period, I want reports to be in production environment. 


As a Facility Manager/Program Manager of the clinic, I want reports(PLR, PSR, PSSR) to be available and accessible in a production environment so that EQRS Program Manager can validate the accuracy of the data before the preview period is started.


Acceptance criteria

  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) are available and accessible in production by EQRS team members on 10/28
  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) are not available for the end-users (FM/PMC) until 11/18
  • Verify that the two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable in UI via Prod env for the 3 reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR)
  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) can be downloaded
  • Verify that the two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable on the downloaded copy for the 3 reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR)
