1) Original Story: Valentine Afong 

As an EQRS program manager, in order to start preview period, I want reports to be in production environment. 

Acceptance criteria

  • QIP Reports run in production
  • Able to view reports in Prod
  • The two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable in UI via Prod env
  • Target is to receive final Preview Period data on October 28 under assumption that preview period starts on 11/8
  • Added to 16.2 sprint

Revised Story:


As a Facility Manager/Program Manager of the clinic, I want reports(PLR, PSR, PSSR) to be available and accessible in a production environment so that EQRS Program Manager can validate the accuracy of the data before the preview period is started.


Acceptance criteria

  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) are available and accessible in production by EQRS team members on 10/28
  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) are not available for the end-users (FM/PMC) until 11/18
  • Verify that the two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable in UI via Prod env for the 3 reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR)
  • Verify that QIP Reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR) can be downloaded
  • Verify that the two new measures (PPPW & MedRec) are viewable on the downloaded copy for the 3 reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR)

2) Original Story: Valentine Afong 

Deliver American Renal reports for preview period outside of UI


As a American Renal Corporate POC, in order to complete review of scores for our facilities during the preview period, I want my data. 

Note: American Renal is unable to access their reports via UI so EQRS ADO has provided 

Acceptance Criteria

  • American Renal Corporate can access their Corporate level PSR report
  • American Renal Corporate can access their Corporate level PSSR report
  • American Renal Corporate can access their Corporate level PLR report


Revised Story:


As a American Renal Corporate POC, I want to receive via MFT ALL my facilities Preview Period reports (PLR, PSR, PSSR), so that I can complete review of our facilities scores during the preview period.


Note: American Renal is unable to access their reports via UI so EQRS ADO has provided 

Acceptance Criteria

  • Verify American Renal PSR report has been sent via MFT to the Corporate POC
  • Verify American Renal PSSR report has been sent via MFT to the Corporate POC
  • Verify American Renal PLR report has been sent via MFT to the Corporate POC
