Background

Currently, the test environment does not refresh with production data on a regular cadence.  Moving forward, the test environment will contain refreshed production data on a scheduled basis.  EDI submitter feedback was requested to determine the schedule and frequency.

Proposal

  • Twice per month is ideal but we’re ok with once a month if that is all that is manageable. Refresh could be part of the monthly closure.
  • EDIs need identical access as Production to be able to submit same files as production and assess impact in bulk.  Currently we are restricted to 5-6 clinics each.  Would need to have access to all clinics to fully test properly.
