CMS' Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) Information Systems Group (ISG) will host a virtual event to explore this year's World Usability Day theme, Design of Our Online World: Trust, Ethics, and Integrity.

We will welcome both new and returning guest speakers to help us explore the theme and learn about a variety of related topics through presentations and panel discussions. Session topics will include ethical data visualization in public health, democratizing user research, measuring trust as a UX practitioner, how empathy-driven design can help build trust, and more!

The CCSQ event will feature an open-house format on Zoom so you can join the sessions that align with your interests and schedule.
