Introduction:

The Enterprise Agility assessment Assessment is an anonymous survey measuring used to benchmark and measure specific competencies at the team, program, and enterprise level. The assessments will be delivered via Comparative Agility, the industry leader in organizational assessments for agile and SAFe practices, behaviors, and supporting competencies. Each assessment measures one specific capability and will be periodically administered to measure growth. 

The intent of the surveys is to identify assessments is two-fold: Identify enterprise-wide improvement opportunities, and foster continuous learning/improvement culture across CCSQ. The results will provide actionable information that programs can use for improvement, and insight into how the LACE can best support CCSQ.

Recommendations for improvement strategies, for evaluation by program leaders, are also available by request with the report results.

The assessments surveys will be delivered via Comparative Agility, the industry leader in organizational assessments for agile and SAFe practices and behaviors, and supporting competencies. Each assessment measures one specific capability and will be periodically administered to measure growth. Assessments will never be deployed to the same target group more than twice per PI, with different competencies deployed at different intervalsdeployed on an annual or bi-annual basis, depending on the survey. Although multiple capabilities will sometimes be measured in a quarter, typically the assessments will be deployed once per PI for each target audience. Additionally, Comparative Agility has numerous capabilities that can be measured, which can be deployed by request as your program's continuous improvement needs evolve.

The deployment will require less than 2 hours of the RTEs RTE's time for pre-survey socialization and communications, and as well as reminders during the survey period to encourage participation, depending on the audience and its understanding of the capability being surveyed.   The respondents will spend around 10 minutes completing the survey.

Assessment Deployment Process:

1. The LACE will send an email on a quarterly basis outlining the surveys for the the period, with a series of deployment dates.
2. Select an date period that you will be able to administer the survey(s)
3. reach out to RTE's and identify a deployment date. 
4. The RTE will socialize the survey before the deployment date.
5. The RTE You will receive a survey link and confirmation of the dates the survey will open and closed for your program.
6. Communicate The program RTE and/or Leadership team will communicate and set expectations with the members of the target groupaudience(s) who will be taking the survey.Send the

Program Survey Results:

• The day following the survey close date you can request your program's results.
• The data will be completely anonymous. There will be no way to tie a response to an individual on your program.
• The results supplied in a excel workbook containing both the raw data and visualizations.survey report will be available online (view example report)

Enterprise Survey Results: 

• Data visualizations for the enterprise survey results will be published on confluence and in a downloadable PDF .or by request, an XLSX workbook
• The results will be published each time a capability has been measure.
