The Agile Health Assessment is an observation- based tool to help evaluate Agile adoption and maturity with our respective Agile Release Trains (ARTs). It will also help our ARTs to self- reflect and assess the following:
- What areas and Agile practices are we doing great on? And why?
- What areas and Agile practices are we struggling with? And why?
- What areas and Agile practices can we further improve upon?
This can also be great tool to use during Inspect & Adopt (I&A) Workshops, Retrospectives, and stakeholder touchpoints to continuously enhance agility and drive business value. If you have any questions regarding the assessment, feel free to contact LACE at agilecoache@tantustech.com.
