Assessment Generic Introductory email

The Enterprise Agility Assessment is an anonymous survey used to benchmark and measure specific competencies at the team, program, and enterprise level. The assessments will be delivered via Comparative Agility, the industry leader in organizational assessments for agile and SAFe practices, behaviors, and supporting competencies. Each assessment measures one specific capability and will be periodically administered to measure growth. 

The intent of the assessments is two-fold: Identify enterprise-wide improvement opportunities, and foster continuous learning/improvement culture across CCSQ. The results will provide actionable information that programs can use for improvement, and insight into how the LACE can best support CCSQ. This data will not be used to compare programs, teams, or people, nor is there any way to tie responses to an individual;

Your RTE will distribute the link to the survey on XX/XX/XXXX and will be open for X days, and will take less than 10 minutes/survey.  Please take the time to complete this survey and contribute to the enterprise continuous improvement effort.
