Welcome to the Community!
We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. The Human-Centered Design HCD Center of Excellence (HCD CoE) is one of two Centers of Excellence that your teams can leverage as a resource to support you in your contract partnership. Because CCSQ’s Information Systems Group (ISG) values a continuous improvement mindset, our goal is to make you aware of thesupport services available to your teams. We support programs such as yours by providing human-centered research and design best practices through training, coaching, and other services as you seek to provide viable, feasible, and desirable solutions for the consumers benefitting from them. We’ve included a link to a brief video to introduce you to both Centers of Excellence:
