Meeting Recording	Melissa	This session will be recorded for the purpose of documenting the meeting minutes and action items. CMS is testing the Zoom AI Companion feature. This tool will help streamline the process of capturing meeting notes at the end of our session. We are currently piloting this feature with approval from CMS security. Zoom does not use any audio, video, screen sharing, attachments or other communications-like content (reactions, polls, whiteboards) to train Zoom's or third-party AI models. We'd like to test this feature at our next meeting, which is scheduled for February 05, 2025. If you have concerns or questions, please let us know so we can address them before our next meeting. The AI Companion feature will be piloted at the next meeting on 2/5/25
EQRS Feature Updates/Discussion	Adrienne	On January 13th, facility roles will be removed for select corporate users Only going to remove roles from folks who agreed to have the roles removed When a corporate role is made for Security Officials (SOs) and then an EDI adds new facilities, do they have to let EQRS ADO know to add those SO roles to their corporate or will that automatically happen? Per Adrienne, it should automatically happen, need to confirm Confirmation - the removal of the individual facility roles for corporate roles work does not include the security official roles. Nothing automatically happens to give you access as Security Official to your new clinics

Open Forum	EDIs	DaVita NCC roadmap would be helpful to understand the timing and order of reports being delivered and UAT. NCC is currently determining the priority of reports and will communicate. Dianna will pass on the information to the group after internal discussions take place Dianna will also follow up on the Prevalence report requested updates When will the SDOH Patient Screening be available in Prod Preview? This is already in Production as of 01/01/2025 and is still available in Prod Preview. Documentation is available in the Documentation Repository. FMC DCI RHA US Renal Following up on the suggestion to have an in-person meeting parallel with the Quality Conference Nathan will survey the group for a March 20, 2025, date and requests a skeleton conference agenda from CMS (Porsche) https://www.cmsqualcon.com/ CMS is not sure an in-person meeting can be accommodated during conference week. Innovative Renal Care (Sindy Villarreal) When will the new pneumonia vaccines be available in Prod Preview? The new pneumococcal vaccinations will be released into production in approximately 2 weeks and a communication will be sent out to the community. Network 16 (Leah Skrien) Cannot open reports on the dashboard; the recommendation is to submit a help desk ticket.
