Upcoming SDOH update (Jump to recording 08:21 ~ 09:40) 

• Tomorrow (6/13) SDOH screening will be live in Prod Preview
• On the UI as well as EDSM submissions
• It will be turned on today, 6/12, but ask that no one play with it today; ADO would like to test it out first
• All of the documentation will be updated after today's Program call; can be found on the EDI Communications Hub in Confluence
• Documentation will include the XSD, sample files, data dictionary, error and warnings
• Astra - Will there be screen shots on the Confluence page Arbor Research can use for training?
  • Screen shots can be found with EOCT
  • If additional screen shots are needed, Arbor Research will be given access to the test environment
• Attestation is already live in Production
• This is for the patient level

2728 Update (Jump to recording 09:43 ~ 23:08) 

• It was brought to the ADOs attention, he LDOs have to maintain different versions of patient race codes in order to support both 2018 and 2023 versions of form 2728
• The ADO would like to help in eliminating the maintaining of multiple versions
  • The ADO will provide the ability for the EDIs to submit 2023 Race codes for the 2018 version of form 2728 before the October 2 Go Live so they don't have to maintain multiple versions of patient races
  • What this means is you will be able to submit 2023 race codes for a 2018 version of the 2728 form via EDSM
  • Behind the scenes the ADO will map their 2023 race codes to 2018 race codes to that the 2018 version of the 2728 form is not affected
• How's this going to happen?
  
  • ADO will turn off the new form in Pre-Prod but leave the new races in Pre-Prod
  • ADO wants to test the EDIs sending new race codes and the ADO's mapping on the backend to the old race codes going into the 2018 form
  • Testing will take about 1 week
• Revathy expressed a concern they cannot test in the period of timeframe proposed above; they need to mockup some date for the testing; earliest they can test in July
• Concern of the ADO is this feature is not behind a feature flag and not releasing it in a timely manner will block the ADO from releasing other changes related to the 2728 form into production
• Michael and Anitha will talk to Nathan (DaVita) about doing the testing and get back to the group on a testing timeline

Primary cause of renal failure codes on the UI of the EQRS application (Jump to recording 23:08 ~ 29:22)

• The form and instructions will not change
• If looking to compare the data dictionary to the form instructions, it won't
• In previous Program calls, the Program/ADO promised they will not remove some of the historical ESRD ICD-10s
• There is a process that they will start publishing the CMS ICD-10 for ESRD
• They will be available on the EDI confluence resource and reference page
• CMS has a workgroup that changes and updates ICD-10 codes every September
• The instructions will not change, the form is final
• The reference table will be shared and kept up to date on the EDI confluence page
• Porsche mentioned they are considering the utility of having codes attached to the form in future updates to the form
• The form will not change anytime soon

Revised Release Date for EQRS Rebranding (Jump to recording 29:24 ~ 32:16)

• Release date is 6/24
• The updates are in Prod Preview now
• Kathleen did look at it in Prod Preview and ran into a problem receiving the pop up to choose your organization then after choosing an organization the format of the list of organizations is not correct; Kathleen has access to over 3000 orgs

• Porsche is working on getting Laura the answers/responses to her questions today
• For the race changes, a mapping of the patients will be given to the EDIs so it could be applied to their EMR system
  • Michael will run a list of patients our of prod with what the current race is and what they will be so the updates can be made
  • The list will be run around the beginning of September
