Phase 3 Testing Timeline	Scott	07/12/2021 - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728) live in production. 07/12/2021 - 09/15/2021 - Resubmission of Clinical Data Files (September to December). 09/15/2021 - Data fully submitted and ready for measure and scoring calculations. 09/20/2021 - 02/28/2022 - Submit January-September 2021 EQRS Clinical Data, ICH CAHPS Attestations (2021), and Clinical Depression Screening and Follow-Up Plan reporting in EQRS. Additionally, all subsequent months in 2021 will open for data submission on the first day of each month (i.e., October opens October 1; November opens November 1; and December opens December 1). 02/28/2022 - The clinical closure date for all months in 2021 is February 28, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT. Timeline Encourage everyone to complete large data submissions prior to the closure of the clinical data Allows us to react to any large data submissions early in the process

May not need a refresh now, but we've discussed a schedule in past calls. ISG is planning a regularly scheduled refresh; at a high level, Prod Preview should align with Prod Refreshes should occur outside of testing cycles EDI Submitters follow the same development path as CMS; we need to minimize the gap. FKC - Prod Preview doesn't have the same number of roles as Prod (Action Item : Anitha to review role alignment between Prod Preview and Prod) Need xsd for 2728, 2746 DCI - No update NRAA - Potentially schedule a Prod Preview refresh after every clinical month closure or quarterly Enhancements: getting information earlier is helpful but we need details about how they affect business rules, data, xml changes. Earlier knowledge could allow EDI Submitters to assist CMS in designing the system We need updated xsd files for all changes for any new features the ADO produces We should define gates for engaging with EDI Submitters on changes ISG will re-evaluate after current set of features is complete; we are working toward earlier engagement on the next set of features ISG captures requirements from system demos and other calls and take them to the developers for implementation New documentation is expected next week Submitters need a single document detailing all current changes for discussion (Action Item: Lisa) Per Yvette - reminder that there will be an updated EDI Data Dictionary sent at the end of this PI and that's going to include changes that were made.
