Phase 3 Testing Timeline

• 06/09/2021 - 07/06/2021 EDIs performs integration testing.
• 07/06/2021 EDIs sign-off on integration testing - Phase 3 (Clinical Codes/2728).
• Timeline
• When will the Warning and Error validation code list be wrapped up?
  • List is needed for developers
  • The team is working on updating the documentation in the current iteration
  • Once the ADO has gone through all the codes in the microservices, the ADO will get the list out to everyone by July 6
  • Would be helpful to the EDI submitters if the document could be delivered a few days before July 7 so they have time to sign off on the document
  • The ADO cannot promise a delivery before July 7th but will do what they can to try to get it out before the end of the iteration

• 2744s 100% completed and extract sent out
• Thank you to all EDI Submitters for your hard work and collaboration
• Will continue to work on Clinical phase and preparing for July and August deliverables
• Is there any value in Michael identifying the things that the EDI Submitters can do differently to avoid any issues that were encountered?
  • Michael is identify root cause of types of things and even gaps where things can be better
  • Compiling a list of them (systematically and process related) and putting some of them in features for PI15 and beyond
  • Capture Lessons Learned

Davita - no major issues at this time; still under way

• They have received some errors at different volumes that were expected
• May be related to transient patients
• Nothing system related to report 
• Received 606 errors and will keep the group informed

FKC  - 

• They did trigger some of the new errors and make sure they were valid
• Errors were discussed with the ADO, re ran and still got some of the errors; the errors that came up were valid errors
• No major issues; continuing to test and don't see a problem with signing off
• Question about the following codes
  • 12525    Post-Dialysis Weight is more than 5% greater than the Pre-Dialysis Weight.
  • 13622    Session UF Post-Dialysis Weight is more than 5% greater than the Pre-Dialysis Weight.
    
    • They have found if the error is triggered, it is rejecting the entire clinical file so none of it goes through
    • They would like CMS to tell them what they expect FKC to report for post weight if they will not accept the weight they are trying to send?
    • In past discussions, a range may have been determined on what to see in the future
      • Is there a max range that may be an error?
      • But a mid range that may only be a warning?
      • This may be post phase 3 implementation into production
      • What would CMS like FKC to report for those post weights so they can get clinical data submitted?
      • The program needs to define what the values are, get the values approved and schedule development 
      • Two layers of thresholds were already discussed
        • Clinically feasible range = errors
        • Clinically desirable range = warning
      • May be related to data entry errors
      • FKC not asking the rule be relaxed
    • Due to the length of this discussion, it was recommended to continue this discuss at next Wednesday's Program Working group meeting
