2024.4.03 EQRS Program Working Group Meeting

• If you have not submitted your LDO 2728 System Updates Progress spreadsheet, please complete and send to Porsche
• The Program will discuss the spreadsheets internally and provide and update at the next Program Call

• Race updates
  • Impact on Pat Demo files
  • Impact on 2728 files
    • The ADO is not sure when the updates are coming
    • The ADO team is currently working on the race updates now
    • Originally the ADO was expecting to have the race updates towards the end of the testing period.  The team was able to move a few stories around and work on the race updates sooner rather than towards the end, currently a work in progress
    • Nathan doesn't want people to lose sight that the race changes, update patient demographics and those files.  This is a massive impact to DaVita
• Primary Cause updates
  • Impact on 2728 files
    • When will the list be finalized and when the updates will be in the documentation?
      • The ADO team is working on races and primary causes
      • When the lists are available, Michael will send them the old ones that are not going away, and new ones that are being added in a full comprehensive list
      • At this time, there is not timeline when this will happen
    • Geraldine 
      • The new ones have all been added to EQRS, so they are actually in the EQRS database.  
      • They weren't added to the back of the 2728 as a possible choice
      • There may not be new ones as much as the fact that the ones listed in EQRS that are updated, not all of them are reflected on the 2728
      • Michael will run it out of the that table. He wants to see it in Prod and run it and give to Geraldine
      • The old ones that changed are not being removed
• Physician Data Required for Saved 2728 form when it isn’t supposed to be updated
  • Triggering Error 11258 and 11259
  • This was supposed to be corrected but Physician data is still required
  • This was raised when DaVita was doing testing last Fall
  • Per Yvette, a ticket can be added the team's backlog to make the update (Action Item Yvette)
• Technical Documentation updates
  • When will it be available?
    • As the ADO team is working on the functionality, the documentation is also included as part of the work; as the stories are completed, the ADO will have the documentation to go along with it
    • LDOs concern is that they cannot do stuff until the documentation is made available to them
    • Adrienne shared with the group that EQRS is setting aside capacity each PI to work on documentation (descriptions/definitions) 
    • Nathan does not recommend working on the Peritonitis documentation b/c it is the least necessary b/c the guidance is still being verified; not all the questions have been answered
      • Porsche asked what questions are outstanding?
        • Nathan said there were additional follow up questions sent to the CDC but they said DaVita should go through the Program
        • The questions are related to the definitions of what the fields mean
        • Porsche believes she answered those questions but will go back and check her notes (Action Item Porsche)
• Updated 2728 Release Timing
  • Is the release going to be shifted?
    • Per Porsche, after she received the LDO 2728 System Updates Progress spreadsheet from everyone, they will review them internally and then provide an update to the group on the next program call
    • Revathy mentioned anything before September will be a hardship on the team and they may not be able to meet the deadline b/c there are several dependencies
• Peritonitis Guidance updates
  • Leah asked for the Peritonitis questions that were answered, will any of the documentation on MyCrownWeb be updated so that everyone can see the FAQ is answered?
    • Adrienne will reach out to the team and see what can be done in MyCrownWeb (Action Item Adrienne)
  • Kathleen - The cell count max should be 50,000.  Was the change made in pre prod and production?
    • Nancy will check confluence and see if that fix is in place (Action Item Nancy)
    • Chris Brown mentioned they reached out to Dan on 3/28 and said Nancy and team are working with CMS to scheduling the fix

• Fix for Geraldine's 2728s should be resolved
• Kathleen, Nathan and Geraldine - Michael received their examples of 2744 and a solution is being implemented to correct the issue (Discontinue in the same year)
  • There was one singular query that had a max discharge date so it was only counting one discontinue in a year for each person therefore the losses didn't equal up on the form
  • When will the fix be in place?
    • Michael wants to test it successfully, different scenarios
    • Hopefully testing will be done in the next day or so and then he will be able to get an idea when it will be deployed to Production

• CMS will refresh data in the EQRS Prod Preview environment on the first Sunday of every month. The planned schedule is below.
