2021.04.23 EQRS EDI Submission Testing - Meeting

• Vet the accuracy and completeness to ensure the data is ready for Measures and Scoring - Moved from 8/3/2021 to 8/31/2021.
• Between 7/10/2021 - 8/31/2021:  Targeted effort on data clean up, clinical data resubmission and  data entry for UI users.
• Michael Kennedy working on a timeline for a targeted clean-up effort and clinical data resubmission initiative.
  
  
• Currently working on:
    →  production data clean up for patient admission and discharges (from SNOW tickets).
    →  proactively reviewing  duplicate patients, new to ESRD and Medicare statuses to help move 2744 process along.

Phase 2

• A portion of phase 2 codes (updated by Mantech) were deployed to PP2-3.
• 4/30 - Data refresh in PP2-3.
• 5/3 - Remaining Phase 2 (Patient Codes) deployed to PP2-3.
• Starting 5/4 - EDIs submit prod file in prod environment and PP2-3.  This should be the SAME file for both environments.  Review discrepancies between the feedback files and validate codes.
• 6/1 - Sign off on Phase 2 testing.
• 6/7 - Phase 2 (Patient Codes) live in production.

• ADO to provide a list of Phase 2 codes that are already in PP2-3. 
• EDIs want to establish a baseline by dropping a file in PP2-3 prior to remaining Phase 2 codes deploying.  EDIs will then drop same file once all Phase 2 codes are in PP2-3 and review the results.

Phase 3

• 6/4 - Data refresh in PP2-3.
• 6/4 to 6/6 - EDIs SHOULD NOT submit any PATIENT files during this time period in production (to ensure same patients are in PP2-3).
• 6/7 - EDIs to drop file into PP2-3 to establish a baseline.
• 6/8 - Phase 3 (Clinical/2728 Codes) deployed to PP2-3.
• Starting 6/9 - Re-drop same file from 6/7/2021 into PP2-3.  Review feedback files from PP2-3 and validate codes.
• 7/6 - Sign off on Phase 3 testing.
• 7/12 - Phase 3 (Clinical/2728 Codes) live in production.

• EDIs should confirm they are able to view all facilities in UI.  If not, may need to update permissions.  Contact Phuong or Scott if there are issues or concerns
• What month's will be open in PP2-3?  September 2020 - March 2021.

Phase 2 Code 11251 - Attending Practitioner is required (error).

• Legacy admission records that were migrated into CROWNWeb are missing physicians.   Old records are causing these issues.
• Concerns that changing to errors - these will be rejected.  
• Is it possible to turn this into apply the error for data going forward and not older data?
• There were errors triggered even though physician was not missing.  
• CMS will need to review with Program to get additional direction.
• Kathleen to provide a few examples to Michael Kennedy for additional research.

Resubmission of depression and attestation data

• Will these be included in reopening schedule (along with Clinical data)?
• Or will these be waived?
