The LACE Professional Journey Support can help people and programs mature by providing a comprehensive range of services to support the development and growth of teammates.  This can take the form of coaching and mentoring, training and development opportunities, and ongoing support and feedback. By providing people with the tools and resources they need to succeed, programs can foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, which can lead to increased productivity and job satisfaction. By providing Professional Journey Support, the LACE program can help to create a strong, supportive community of individuals and teams who are dedicated to improving practices and achieving their goals.

Career Coaching:

Career coaching can help individuals identify and achieve their professional goals. The LACE Agile Coaches can provide valuable insights and advice based on their own experience and expertise having supported CCSQ's Agility transformation for 5 plus years.

Mentorship:

Mentoring can be an effective way to help individuals and teams learn and apply new methodologies and techniques. A mentor who is experienced in lean and agile practices can provide guidance and support to mentees as they work to implement these practices in their own work. Having a LACE coach as a mentor can help by providing advice on how to apply lean and agile principles in specific situations, helping mentees develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful, and offering ongoing support and guidance as mentees work to improve their practice.

Learning Paths:

The LACE has designed 5 different learning paths that support many roles in CCSQ. Explore paths in Agility Generalist, Product Management, Scrum Mastery, Business Agility, and Technical Agility that are designed to build skills needed to advance your career.

LACE Trainings:

LACE Training provides foundational learning in a fun and engaging way, covering Agile and what it means for the key roles in Scrum: Technical Team, Scrummaster, and Product Owner.
