DevSec Ops team has been working on migration of all of the databases for EQRS toa new Aurora serverless database platform
All databases have been migrated except clinical
Clinical data has taken more than two hours to migrate during downtime
Plan is to take down EQRS (Prod) on Tuesday, 11/5 from 8pm - 6am (Eastern) to fully migrate the clinical database
Prod Preview Refresh scheduled for Nov 3 will NOT take place

Program and ISG are working on a process to be able to receive questions, enhancements, suggestions from the EDIs and be able to provide answers back to the user community.
In the meantime, Porsche went over the answers to some of the questions/requests that have been pending
Kathleen requested to keep the "Allow EDI delete functionality" request on the backlog so it will continue to be reviewed and considered in the future
Porsche mentioned she can take it back to CMS/ISG, but it may not be prioritized for a PI anytime soon

ISG was not able to attend today's call so for today's documentation discussion, Porsche wanted to capture a high level of understanding for the data dictionary in the technical documentation

Porsche suggested to invite EDI SMEs (system technical resources) that can contribute to the discussion of the technical documentations needed and suggestions
One request is for Business Definition
Porsche asked if the "Definition and Info" column could be used as the "Business Definition" field in order to keep all information in one area and not having to create multiple documentation
EDIs mentioned the information currently in the "Definition and Info" field is more providing technical information
EDIs are looking for a separate document that provides more on

What is the expected system behavior
For example, "First Name" = First name should be the name on the patient's Medicare card or from a government issued ID.

Leah - any updates to the 2744?
The 2744 is in public comment
It will not be implemented until next year
Therefore, use the current 2744 in January
