This space serves as the central source of information and reference material on HCQIS data.

Data is information used as a basis for decision making through discussion, calculation, or analysis. One of ISG's overarching goals is to increase data access and usability for internal and external users while protecting data integrity and beneficiary privacy. This goal was set to meet CCSQ's desire to leverage its extensive data stores to better improve the quality of care in additional ways beyond generating policy-mandated scores for CMS constituents.
