Continuing Education is a Cornerstone of Growth


As a program matures it is critical that program members continue to educate themselves to increase understanding and foster innovation. Agile and SAFe principles highlight why supporting ongoing education is necessary for success in the digital economy. Fostering a growth mindset plays a pivotal role, allowing teams to reach new heights.


The LACE team offers learning sessions on a wide variety of topics giving programs tools they can utilize to improve practices and elevate behaviors. Increase your understanding of best practices, learn to optimize processes, and provide challenging, achievable, and meaningful program growth.


All LACE Training will provide learners with education units valid towards the renewal of professional certifications requiring PDUs or SEUs.

SAFe Certification Training:

The LACE team has experienced SAFe Program Consultants (SPC's) that deliver a variety of SAFe courses that can support learning goals, bolster your career objectives, and enhance support of SAFe implementation in your program.


For each SAFe training, the LACE facilitates Study Halls for attendees to help prepare for certification exams.

Agility On-boarding Training:

The LACE supports new Software Development Partners by offering CCSQ Agility On-boarding training that helps organizations understand CCSQ Agility best practices and procedures.

LACE Trainings:

LACE Training provides foundational learning in a fun and engaging way, covering Agile and what it means for the key roles in Scrum: Technical Team, Scrummaster, and Product Owner. In addition the LACE Explained series of laser-focused short trainings (1-2 hours) to enhance your understanding and elevate your practice. Visit the LACE Learning Catalog to learn more.

Observation Based Custom Curriculum:

Work with the LACE team to identify areas for improvement, design and deliver a custom training plan tailored to meet the needs of your program.

CCSQ LACE Clinics and Workshops:

LACE Clinics are a "Bring Your Own Work" work session where a member of the CCSQ LACE will work with you to craft better requirements, Objectives and Key Results, and calculate business value for your features.


LACE Workshops support the community with structured group activities, focused on achieving a specific growth objective for your team or working group. Explore Psychological Safety, Business Agility Transition, and other engaging topics.

Learning Paths:

The LACE has designed 5 different learning paths that support many roles in CCSQ. Explore paths in Agility Generalist, Product Management, Scrum Mastery, Business Agility, and Technical Agility that are designed to build skills needed to advance your career.

Get Credit for LACE Learning Sessions & Events

  • For each SAFe training, the LACE facilitates Study Halls for attendees to help prepare for certification exams LACE Clinics
  • The LACE offers all training offerings for individual program by request that can meet minimum attendance requirements.
  • All workshop, clinic and training hours count as one valid Scrum Education Unit (SEU) for certifications issued by Scrum Alliance. For more information, visit the Scrum Alliance’s SEUs page.
