Writing Better Objectives and Key Results

In this clinic the LACE invites any member of the CCSQ community who authors OKRs or is struggling to understand the value of OKRs written by others to bring examples and work with the LACE team to recraft the OKR. The LACE team will help you focus on creating inspirational Objectives that motivate people to achieve a higher goal , and setting easy to understand Key Results that clearly link to the value of the objective while quantifying the measure of success. 

Please come with your own OKRs and be prepared to discuss a rewrite for the benefit of all attendees

Anyone responsible for authoring or consuming OKRs or delivering Key Results
